Tui at the Rotorua District Council

This year I was the lucky recipient of one of the Black Poplars from my neighbour’s driveway.(Thanks Ken and Kelly).  That gave me an opportunity to work in a big scale which I have really enjoyed.   We had lots of Tui on the property over summer so they were in my mind.   The result is a 3.5 meter Tui which is destined for installation on the corner of Tutanekai and Eruera Streets in Rotorua.  In the meantime it is temporarily installed at the Rotorua District Council Chambers in Haupapa Street.
